For 2017, chocolate eggs and rabbits are in generous supply at the Buddha-Bar Hotel Paris. Our pastry chef has also made divine deserts from various chocolate crus and they will be the delicious final touch of an Easter Brunch that is both festive and refined.
Easter in the land of the Rising Sun
Sunday April 16th: Easter brunch from 10.30 am to 3.00 pm at the Buddha-Bar Hotel Paris! On the menu - a spring buffet, hot dishes, assorted cheese, and of course desserts with chocolate as the guest of honour. If you’re looking for a traditional Easter celebration, the Buddha-Bar Hotel Paris is happy to oblige - but with a dash of the Far East. Our entrees are based on the four elements of astrology – Air, Fire, Earth and Water. Fish tartar, and seafood platter for the Water element, vegetable spring rolls, gazpacho and crunchy grilled or frozen dishes for the Air buffet. Pate-en-croute, sausage, and smoked duck are on the Earth menu, while prawn tart, tsukune chicken skewer, and coriander-baked egg are tasty treats for Fire lovers.
Lamb and Chocolate
A symbol of sacrifice, lamb is on every menu this Easter. We took this centuries-old tradition and went universal by marrying spring lamb with the flavours of the Orient. We’re delighted to present our lamb chops teppanyaki, marinated in umeshu and accompanied by a wok of spring vegetables. Fish lovers might choose the plaice en papillotes which is equally delicious. Finally, dessert! It’s going to be very difficult to decide between the kalapaia chocolate éclair enhanced with cocoa beans, the milk chocolate caramel pie, or the chocolate and banana tart – to name but a few.
A unique moment to share with friends or family, let’s have fun and enjoy you stay at the Buddha-Bar Hotel Paris.
